Do you take walk-ins?
Always. Walk-ins are welcome whenever we're open, but booking ahead means you won't wait — Thursday evenings and Saturdays fill up fastest.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or give us a call. We ask for at least 4 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
What if I'm running late?
Call ahead and we'll do what we can. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a shorter service or a reschedule if the day is full.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes — under 12s and teens have their own rates, and there's usually a movie on.
How do I pay?
Card, cash, Apple Pay and Google Pay in the shop. Nothing is charged when you book online.
