Cancellation Policy

Last updated September 2026. This is a plain-English summary written for a small business — have it reviewed before you rely on it legally.

We're a small shop. When a chair sits empty because of a late cancellation, that's an appointment someone else would have taken. This policy is about being fair both ways.

Changing or cancelling

  • Do it yourself at your booking page — you'll need the reference from your confirmation plus the email or mobile you booked with. Or use the link in your confirmation, which goes straight there.
  • Give us at least 4 hours' notice and there is no charge. Inside 4 hours, call 0435 717 306 and we'll do what we can.
  • An appointment can be moved twice online, keeping the same service and barber. To change either of those, or to move it a third time, give us a call.
  • Under 4 hours, we'll ask you to reschedule and note it on your record.
  • Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit before your next booking. We'll always tell you first.

Running late

Call ahead and we'll do our best. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten your service so the next customer isn't pushed back, or reschedule you if the day is full.

If we have to cancel

Illness happens. If we need to cancel on you, we'll call as early as we can, move you to the first suitable slot, and take 20% off that appointment.

Not happy with your cut?

Tell us within 7 days and come back in — we'll fix it free of charge. We'd much rather you said something than quietly went elsewhere.
